Ivy’s Time at Forrester Comes to an End, as R.J. Makes a Last-Ditch Effort to Win Over Electra

In Forrester’s main office, Ivy’s on the hot seat. She insists she was only trying to guide Electra away from trouble and begs her to say she won’t go back to Will. In the showroom, RJ’s found a new victim: Daphne. He rants to her about poor Electra and mentions Ivy. Daphne hints that things may have changed between them. RJ questions her, and Daphne alludes to knowing more about Will and Electra’s relationship than he realizes.

Bittersweet

Over at Logan, preparations are under way for the fashion show tomorrow, but Katie’s looking down. Bill questions her, and she assures him it’s not about the line. He guesses it’s about Brooke, which she acknowledges, adding that the line has a cost: She’s also worried about Will at Forrester.

Bill rants about Brooke being jealous and urges Katie to let it go. They discuss Will. Bill grunts that if he stays at Forrester, he’ll always be second banana to RJ. Katie doesn’t want conflict between Bill and Will. He reassures her.

Ivy’s Last Stand

Back in Ridge’s office, he tells Ivy she over-stepped. Brooke co-signs the sentiment. Will recaps the situation with the letter. Ivy accuses him of moving on with Dylan. Her niece moved on too… with RJ. “Tell him, Electra!”

Electra doesn’t tell him, and the conversation switches gears to Daphne being the one who told Electra the truth. The young woman moans that her aunt knew how she felt about Will. Ivy rants about how he’s treated her. Will’s sick of hearing this and wants Ivy to pay. Ridge and Brooke will speak with her alone. As Will and Electra slope out, Ivy stops her niece and rolls out her tagline, finally admitting that what she did wasn’t proper. “It wasn’t proper at all.”

Once alone with ‘Bridge’, Ivy insists she did what she did out of love for her niece… and their son. She feels sick when she thinks about the things Will did to Electra. Ridge grunts that the kids need to figure it out themselves. Even Brooke agrees. Ivy, with the one-track mind, just hopes Electra doesn’t go back to Will and that’s it’s not to later for her and RJ.

In the showroom, RJ gets on the phone to set up a secret surprise for “someone very special”: Electra Forrester. Meanwhile, she’s in the design office with Will, ranting about her Aunt Ivy’s manipulations. He comforts her, but they then revisit what happened between him and Dylan… and her and RJ.

The Final Scenes

‘Wilectra’ establish that they both wish they could take back some of the things they’ve done. Will loves Electra. He prompts Electra to say she believes in them. She kisses him instead.

In the main office, Ivy realizes she’s overstayed her welcome. Ridge agrees. He declares that Electra will take over the jewelry line. Ivy tearfully proclaims that she did this all for love. “I’ll go, but I’ll be back.” Thanks for the warning!

In the showroom, a deluded RJ lights candles on a romantic dinner for two. Electra arrives after getting his text. He pours on the charm and even has some of Pam’s lemon bars. Electra breaks the news that Will never got her letter because Ivy stole it. After she laments the loss of her trust in her aunt, RJ tells her he understands that she feels betrayed, but it doesn’t change what’s happened between them. “Don’t go back to Spencer.”
