Willow Makes a Decision Regarding Tracy — and Valentin Comes Up With a Radical Plan to Save Joss

 

 

Emma finds Gio holding Phoebe down by the lake. He’s babysitting her, and forgot to bring a bottle, so he asks Emma to watch her so he can run to the house. Emma quickly ends up trying to calm down a screaming Phoebe.

Gio eventually returns, and Emma can’t believe he’s able to calm the baby down so quickly. Gio’s had experience given the big Italian family he grew up in. However, this time feels different knowing she’s his sister.

Emma tells Gio that Phoebe’s lucky to have him as an older brother and will adore him, as every girl wants an older brother to look out for themt them. She recounts an incident with her younger brother Noah, and how he was a monster and once soaked her and her high school boyfriend with a grape soda-filled squirt gun while they were watching a movie.

 

What Words of Advice Does Michael Give Willow?

Brook Lynn and Michael find Yuri tending to Willow’s teeny tiny scrape in the kitchen, and learn Tracy has been arrested for assaulting her. Willow explains Tracy used Willey to lure her down to the boathouse and set this up, and she was just lucky that Chase was there to help her.

An annoyed Brook Lynn notes Willow is wearing her husband’s jacket and says she should get down to the PCPD. She takes off, and Michael offers Willow a cup of tea to warm up. Yuri says he’ll brew a pot and leaves them.

Michael tells Willow he’s glad she wasn’t hurt, and Tracy was out of line. She plans to hold Tracy accountable, but Michael advises against it. He says the press will have a field day with this, it will dig up Drew’s shooting all over again, and it’s not fair to their kids. He notes Wiley has become very fond of Tracy since Monica’s passing.

Willow says she will think it over, but what message does it send if Tracy gets away with attacking their mother? Willow exits. (Does Willow actually now believe the lies that come out of her mouth as the truth?)

 

Will Tracy Go to Jail?

Chase brings Tracy into the PCPD and informs Dante and Turner that she’s been accused of assaulting Congresswoman Cain. Tracy maintains Willow threw herself into the water and Chase fell for her story.

Tracy tells Chase that he has a blind spot when it comes to Willow, and this won’t end well for him. Dante takes Tracy into interrogation so she can wait for her lawyer, while Turner has a word with Chase.

In interrogation, Tracy tells Dante she won’t let Willow get away with this, and that the congresswoman did this to get Chase on her side.

Meanwhile, Turner blasts Chase for arresting Tracy, says he didn’t see the assault, and that he was off duty, which leaves them open for a lawsuit. Chase suggests Turner should recuse herself from this case given her bias against Willow. Annoyed, Turner orders him to write up his report.

Later, Brook Lynn arrives and is not pleased with her husband, who claims he had no choice but to arrest Tracy. Brook Lynn heads into the interrogation room to talk to her, but tells Chase to stay in the squad room when he tries to follow her. Oh, snap!

Brook Lynn walks into interrogation, and Tracy insists Willow is trying to frame her. Dante leaves to talk to Turner, and Tracy admits she did lure Willow down to the boathouse to prove she was after Chase.

Brook Lynn tells her granny that she knows Willow is after Chase and that she’s handling it. For now, whether Willow pushed her or not, she needs to apologize to her to make this go away.

In the squad room, Dante tells Turner he knows she doesn’t like Chase, but Willow is a congresswoman, so she can’t let this slide. Turner orders him to find a way out of this as she wants no part of it.

Dante then tells Chase he’s in a tough spot, but he’ll back him up. However, if this is nothing but a Quartermaine squabble that got out of hand, it’s in everyone’s best interest to avoid the courthouse. That’s when Willow arrives…

 

What Are Ric and Alexis Planning?

At Alexis’, Cody and Molly are planning to go for a hike, but before they head out, Alexis says she needs to talk to them. Ric soon arrives, and Molly’s parents reveal they are throwing her a book launch party.

Alexis says the party was Ric’s idea, and Molly is shell-shocked they are working together to organize this shindig. They’ve booked the Metro Court pool for the event, and Ric jokes they could even make it Western-themed, with everyone coming in character costumes. Alexis vetoes that idea, she wants this to be a classy event.

Where Are Britt, Rocco and Obrecht?

At The Metro Court Gardens, Lulu has lunch with her mom and asks for her mom’s comments on Jenz Sidwell. Officially, the mayor is looking forward to justice being served. Off the record, Laura says that she hates him and is glad others now see him for the thug he is.

They soon get into a discussion of Rocco and how Lulu and Dante are coping. She notes they’ve both been distracting themselves with work, but they’ve resolved the tension between them. However, she doesn’t know if Dante will ever forgive her, or if she’ll forgive herself.

Laura says she made the best possible choice she felt at the moment and couldn’t have known Rocco would take the passport and run off with Britt. Laura says her son knows how much she loves him, which is why he sent that video.

Across the restaurant, Nina joins “Nathan” and asks when he last heard from his mom. He says he had breakfast with her the day Rocco disappeared. Nina hasn’t heard from her in days, and notes her room here at the hotel hasn’t even been slept in, according to the maids.“Nathan” says it’s obvious that his mother went after Britt, and not to worry, as she always lands on her feet.

They’re interrupted by Mira, head of hotel security, as Nina asked to see her. Nina wants to access the hotel security footage of Obrecht’s floor, but Mira can’t allow that without a warrant or permission from the owners. Nina gets an idea and rushes out.

“Nathan” then interrupts Laura and Lulu’s lunch, saying he needs to speak to Lulu and it’s important. Laura excuses herself to check in with her office, and “Nathan” tells Lulu that he’s sorry and it never occurred to him that Rocco would run off with Britt. She tells him this isn’t on him, and she was unfair to him the last time they talked, and she took her anger out on him.

 

What’s Valentin’s Plan to Save Joss?

Carly and Valentin return from a boat trip around Spoon Island to scout it out, and it’s full of WSB agents. Carly suggests they bring Sonny and his resources in to create a distraction, but Valentin fears that’s a bad idea. Sonny is unpredictable, so Valentin says they should use him instead, as the WSB is still looking for him.

Carly doesn’t like the risk. He tells her she needs to be quick about getting into those tunnels and out, so as not to leave him having to distract Cullum for long. The longer she takes, the greater the chance he’ll be caught.

There is a knock at the door, and it’s Nina. She tells them that Obrecht went missing and would like to see the footage from the hotel to verify that Obrecht left safely and wasn’t taken by someone, as she fears. Carly and Valentin exchange a look.

 

In The Show’s Final Moments

Molly and Cody sneak out of Alexis’ home as Ric and Alexis bicker over the party details. Cody mentions how her parents seem to be getting along, and wonders if they are rekindling the old flame. Molly emphatically states, “They better not be!”

Gio wonders who Emma’s old boyfriend is. Emma tells Gio not to worry, that he broke her heart, but it’s a good thing, as it taught her to be able to recognize when “the one” comes along. She and Gio kiss.

At the restaurant, Lulu and “Nathan” both regret their mistakes regarding Rocco. However, “Nathan” says he knows she doesn’t like his sister, but Britt will do everything to make sure Rocco is safe and so will he.

“Nathan” departs when Laura returns, and Lulu says he feels bad about Rocco and has offered to help. However, she and Dante will be the ones to rescue their son together; all they need is a lead.

At home, Yuri tells Michael it’s good he’s not fighting with Willow, as it’s better for the kids. Michael says he’s trying to be more strategic, as fighting with Willow gets him nothing,

At the station, before Tracy can apologize, Willow says she’s not pressing charges as it’s in the best interest of her children, who are Quartermaines. She wants to keep the peace, and Chase thanks her for being the bigger person.

Finally, Carly makes a call and arranges for Nina to obtain the security footage, saying she knows how it feels to have a loved one missing. Nina thanks her and heads out.

Valentin realizes Cullum took Obrecht to complete the project and they are out of time. Using him as just a distraction won’t work; he needs to do what Jack told him to and turn himself in.

On the next episode of General Hospital, Dante warns Turner to come after him, not his department. Chase asks Brook Lynn who she thinks is more likely to lie, Tracy or Willow? Nina and Willow visit Jack, with Nina saying, “We need to get our hands on that right now.” Valentin says to Carly, “If you had to choose between me going to prison or Joss dying, which would you choose?”
