Bill Gleefully Anticipates Making Ridge’s Head Explode — and Will Makes a Dramatic Exit From Forrester

In Forrester’s design office, Electra wails about Will’s firing being unfair. He tells her it’s done… and it’s all because of RJ. In the showroom, Dylan’s with the victim, who is gloating about Ridge finally realizing there’s no room for a Spencer at the company. In the main office, Brooke tells Ridge that he and Steffy did the right thing… though Katie will see it as an attack from her. Speaking of Logan, they’re still celebrating Deke and Hope joining the team. Bill chortles that Brooke and Ridge’s heads are going to explode!

They go over how important it is that all of this is kept a secret… especially from Brooke and Ridge. Deke marvels at the turn of events… the best news of his life. Bill tells him and Hope they’re exactly where they’re supposed to be. Deke admits it feels right and thanks them for the opportunity. He won’t let them down. Bill urges him to make the Forresters pay for canning him.

Katie marvels at this all coming together so seamlessly and gushes about working with her incredible niece and her brother. She’s more inspired than ever!

In the main office at Forrester, Carter gives Ridge the letter of termination for Will. They go over Will being a good kid, but he brought this on himself. They go over Will and RJ’s history. Brooke thinks they’re taking after their fathers. Ridge grunts that the cousins both love the same girl.

In the showroom, RJ can’t understand why Dylan cares about Will, who’s not a good person. Dylan suspects that’s not why he had him fired and that it had more to do with Electra. RJ insists the guy is nothing but trouble. Dylan disagrees and the conversation turns to Will and Electra moving in together. He asks how she really feels about that.

Dylan brushes off his line of questioning but admits she’ll always care about Will. RJ prods her to admit that it hurts. Dylan confesses that her heart wants Will… just as his wants Electra.

In the design office, Will and Electra moan over the firing and canoodle. She asks him about the punch. Will complains that “that creep” RJ was watching them the whole time and then moved in on her. He just gave him a little nudge. Electra points out he bruised his ribs. Will shrugs that he’s playing the victim and ran to mommy and daddy. It’s his ego that’s bruised. The fact that Electra wants him and not RJ is the real reason he was canned.

Will reminds Electra that RJ has been on his back calling him names for months. Apparently, Forrester has a tolerance for that. Electra feels she’s the reason he got fired. Will insists it’s on RJ, who will do everything he can to come between them. It won’t work. They kiss.

The Final Scenes

Katie’s bubbling over with enthusiasm at Logan and wants everyone to feel valued and welcome. Bill tells Hope and Deke they’ll have more support, creative freedom, and cash! Katie and Hope squeal over shaking up the fashion industry. Bill alludes to having another trick up his sleeve to make Katie the “diamond in the rough” of the fashion industry. He only wishes they could convince their son to leave Forrester and join them. If he only knew…

RJ and Dylan join Brooke, Ridge and Carter in the main office. Daphne’s assistant complains that she hates to see Will go. Just then, Electra and Will walk in. Ridge hands the Spencer his termination papers. He can’t believe he’s being let go because RJ was hitting on his girlfriend. Carter helpfully reminds him it was more than that.

Will declares that RJ can’t handle Electra loving him, that’s what this is about. What kind of punk goes running to his mommy and daddy? Brooke intervenes as the young men bicker. Will makes it clear that their precious son will regret messing with him.

In the hallway, RJ and Dylan stand watching as Will and Electra embrace (awkward!) and then kiss goodbye. Will walks out as dramatic music swells.
