Bold & Beautiful Blow-Up May Finally Bring About the Downfall We’ve All Been Waiting For

Was there ever a time when Bold & Beautiful fans weren’t thoroughly aggravated with Ridge? Hard to remember now that we’re past the point where he dumped Taylor and remarried Brooke the same day and forcibly retired Eric, then blamed Katie because his dad went to work for her!

But the dressmaker is really going to push his luck in the week ahead, as he suggests to Steffy that maybe she step down as his co-CEO so he can give the lofty position to Brooke. Why? Because, um, she asked him to in a seductive manner. (Oh, Ridge!)

If you’ve seen this week’s sneak-peek video, you know how well Steffy is going to react to that idea. It’s not for nothing that’s she’s named after grandma Stephanie, aka the queen bee! And besotted with Brooke as he is, Ridge may be forgetting that, as of 2018, when Bill gave Steffy his 12.5% stake in Forrester Creations, she and Eric are the majority shareholders.

No way in hell is the Forrester patriarch going to give the boot to Steffy. She wasn’t even at at his forced-retirement “party,” much less its planner. Steffy also didn’t sleep with Eric’s second wife (Ridge did) or make out with his fifth one (Ridge again, with Quinn).

Yeah, yeah, we know. Eric and Ridge have kissed and made up, and he’s always had a soft spot for Brooke. But unless the show is going to forget who technically wields the power around Forrester (as it did when Ridge kicked Eric to the curb), all the dressmaker is gonna get outta this is a world of hurt — maybe even fired and escorted to the elevator!
