Danny Returns With a Shocking Announcement — and Nikki Fears For Victor’s Safety
Wednesday, June 10, 2026: Today on The Young and the Restless, Danny stuns Daniel and Christine, Audra reconnects with Nate, and Nikki panics.

At The Shadow Room, Victoria chats with Noah about Claire’s “date.” She doesn’t want to see her get hurt. Noah says his parents felt the same way about Sienna, but now they like her. Cane arrives and joins Lily, who clarifies that she invited him to be her date. He grins, “OK.”
At the door, Noah greets Daniel, Christine and Danny, before running off. Daniel complains to Danny that he worried him by not returning his texts. Nutjob Patty Williams is back in town and once had a thing for him. Everyone should be on high alert.
Danny explains he lost his phone and the battery died several times. Now he has an announcement to make in person. “I have made a decision.” Sitting, Danny declares that he’s going to retire from touring permanently so he can spend time in Genoa City with the people he loves. Daniel and Christine are skeptical. Danny insists he needs a break. Daniel gives it a month… but they love the idea.
Shadow Room Shenanigans
At a table, Cane marvels at his perfect day. Lily updates him that Malcolm had to leave and asks what they talked about earlier. Cane says he promised Malcolm that he wouldn’t hurt her and he’s in love with her. Malcolm has serious doubts about him being in her life. Lily thinks he trusts her instincts. She thinks they should go public with him running Chancellor… tonight. She glances at Victoria by the bar.
At the bar, Victoria watches Noah help Sienna make drinks and pause for a kiss. She decides that she’s good for her nephew. At the other end of the bar, Holden hopes Claire won’t bust his chops about what may or may not have happened in L.A. She thinks he’s the one who can’t let go.
At Cane and Lily’s table, they debate telling Victoria that he’s running Chancellor. He warns Devon and Nate won’t be happy about it either. Lily argues that Katherine loved him. She left management of Chancellor to him in her will.
At Danny’s table, he notices that the bartender is overwhelmed and announces he’s going to help out. Sienna’s stunned when he jumps behind the bar to help her out. Daniel tells Chris that his dad is happy and that’s largely to do with her. Talk turns to her dropping the charges against Phyllis. Daniel’s not happy she’s off the hook. Christine assures him she’s learning a lesson.
Passion
At Crimson Lights, Audra’s getting coffee when Nate comes in. Chatting, he admits he wasn’t feeling the club scene tonight. It wasn’t her scene either. He guesses someone pissed her off. Sitting, Nate probes. Audra complains about the bartender, Sienna, and then swerves to whether Nate misses practicing medicine.
Nate explains that business is a power rush and medicine is a spiritual rush. Audra guesses he was damn good. Nate smirks, “I was.” She asks if he’d go back to surgery is someone could fix his hand. He admits he’s thought about it.
Audra asks what’s holding him back. Nate enjoys working with his family. Talk turns to their relationship. Audra doesn’t regret the things she had to do when the odds were against her, but admits she sometimes went too far. She never meant to hurt him, but at least he doesn’t hate her. Nate believes she’s different than she was before, and hopes it holds. Audra’s finally found solid ground, but she’ll always look over her shoulder. Nate hopes she can finally stop one day.
Sally walks in as Nate’s preparing to leave. Audra advises him that there was a lot more passion in his voice when he spoke about medicine than there was when he talked about spreadsheets. “Something to think about.” Outside the coffee house, Nate flashes to Devon punching him, his hand getting sliced open on broken glass, and discovering he couldn’t operate again.
Panic At the Club
At the Athletic Club, Adam replays his conversation with Billy about Delia in his head. Chelsea joins him and asks, “What’s wrong?” Adam says he made the mistake of trying to find common ground with Billy. It exploded spectacularly.
Chelsea wonders how this came about, and Adam explains the hatred is exhausting. They spar briefly over her always taking Billy’s side, and he worries that the same thing that’s happened to Victor and Nikki over Jack could happen to them. She says, “You’re not wrong.” It comes out that the conversation turned to Delia.
Adam doesn’t want Billy’s hate to come between them. He’s extended an olive branch, but it’s a two-way street. Chelsea says it’s not. They won’t find common ground. Chelsea points out that if they’d lost Connor, he wouldn’t be able to get over it. “There it is.” Adam promises to try walking away from Billy before the bickering begins from now on.
Adam and Chelsea are rising to leave when Nikki rushes up. A tornado hit the country club where Victor was attending a fundraiser… she has no idea if he’s OK!
The Final Scenes
At The Shadow Room, Christine explains to Daniel that Phyllis lost everything because of her own choices. She hopes she’ll be humbled moving forward. Daniel chuckles at the very idea. Christine urges him to check in on her. She probably really needs him.
At the bar, Danny explains to Sienna that he used to be a waiter. Holden and Claire approach Lily and Cane, who he thanks for saving Malcolm’s life. After, Cane asks Lily to dance, and Danny pulls Christine onto the dance floor as well. Cane pulls Lily into a hot kiss as, behind the bar, Sienna tells Noah she’s excited for the future.
At the Club, Chelsea checks her phone for the latest on the tornado. Nick walks up to reassure his mother, followed by Victor, who announces there’s no need to inquire. “I’m right here.” Nikki swoons with relief.
At Crimson Lights, Sally’s glad Audra and Nate were getting along. Audra confides that he’s considering returning to medicine one day. Sally prefers this friendship than her pursuing something with Noah. Audra denies she’s thinking about that, although he could do better than the older woman he’s seeing. Sally pushes for Nate. Audra insists she’s focused on work.
Back at the Club, Victor explains he left right after his speech. He’s sure the rescue people are working to get everyone out. Abby and Devon are there, and he’s certain everyone will be alright, including her friend, Jack Abbott, “That’s who you’re really asking about,” he sulks. With that, he walks out.
