Young & Restless Shocker: Nikki’s About to Make a Move Against Victor So Bold That It May Finish Them for Good

Young & Restless’ Nikki must be angrier with Victor than ever before in their tumultuous history if she’s about to do what we think she’s going to do. An act that will so enrage him, it could spell the end of their marriage for good!
For her part, Nikki has every right to be furious with her husband, who unceremoniously kicked her out of her own luxury ranch when she deigned to *checks notes* confront him about kidnapping one of her best friends. It’s particularly galling given that the situation Victor has landed in has, for once, nothing to do with Jack Abbott, and everything to do with him getting karma for his own actions.
Victor took posession of the stolen AI, used it to decimate Cane Ashby’s Arabesque, and then had a toddler-sized tantrum when the program was turned against him. Suddenly, he was lobbing threats, trying inimidation tactics, and kidnapping people left, right and center. Including Cane’s ex-wife and grown twins… or so Ashby believes.
Victor told his family that Lily and her children are “in on it”, allowing him to use them against Cane, presumably to teach him a lesson. Meanwhile, Ashby has spent weeks in a panic, believing that The Black Knight is holding them against their will and might actually harm them, despite being assured repeatedly that Victor would never hurt Neil’s family members.
With Ashby still in a lather, and Nikki out on her behind, we’ve the makings of a downright shocking development. We kinda’ couldn’t believe it when we got our first look at the Young & Restless spoilers, which tease that Victor’s pissed off wife may make a retaliatory move against him so bold that they may never be able to come back from it.
We checked and double-checked, and the teasers clearly indicate that Nikki will make a confession to Cane, which can only mean she’ll tell him the truth about Lily and the twins.
Such a reveal, of course, would completely undermine Victor’s plan and totally eliminate the only leverage he has left to try and reclaim his empire, which is now being run by none other than Phyllis. To say he would be apoplectic would be understating it.
If Nikki kicks the chair out from under Victor in this manner, it may indeed be a step too far. Unforgiveable, if you will. Not only would he not give her Chancellor back, but the lovebirds who have always seemed destined to make their way back together despite all, may be finished for good.
On the other hand, if Victor finds another way to get his company back, and enough time passes, it’s almost a no-brainer that they’ll drift back together eventually. They have to, right?
